Waiver of International Currency Charges on Deposit
1. This offer applies to customers who make a booking with MyBespokeChauffeur and choose to place a 30% deposit.
2. Customers who pay this deposit enjoy a waiver of the International Currency Charges, which are normally 4.3%, for the deposit amount. However, the remaining 70% paid via Stripe remains subject to the standard International Currency Charges of 4.3%.
3. To qualify, customers must pay the 30% deposit at the time of booking confirmation, and payment must be made through Stripe or another approved method.
4. This offer remains valid until further notice.
5. This waiver applies only to the deposit portion, and balance payments are charged according to Stripe’s international fee rates.
6. MyBespokeChauffeur reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at its discretion and without prior notice.
Additional Charges
At MyBespokeChauffeur, we strive to provide transparent and fair pricing. Certain additional charges apply in the following situations:
1. A midnight surcharge applies to bookings made between 11.00 P.M. and 7.00 A.M., and the amount varies depending on the vehicle type.
2. Bookings to or from countryside or rural areas outside MyBespokeChauffeur’s standard service zones incur an additional surcharge. This surcharge depends on the distance and is calculated based on the location, and full details are provided at the time of booking.
3. Additional waiting time charges apply when the waiting time at the pickup location exceeds the specified limit. The standard waiting time is 30 minutes, after which a rate of RM 1 per minute is charged.
